3NO Music is one of the biggest independent music companies in Sweden and is the home of the profilic labels NONS Records and Novoton as well as its own music publisher NoTre Music Publishing. 3NO was started in 2008 when NONS and Novoton merged their businesses.

North of no South Records was started 1991 in Umeå by Per Helin and has worked with, among others, Komeda, Silverbullit, Doktor Kosmos, The Perishers, Isolation Years, Asha Ali and Montys Loco.   Novoton was started in 2004 by Daggan Stamenkovic who has run labels Frequent Frenzy and Origin since 1988. Novoton has worked with Antennas, Pascal, Existensminimum, Novak, Black Belt and Norma  

NoTre Music Publishing was started 2009 in conjunction with the NONS/Novoton merger. NoTre work with most of the artists on NONS Records and Novoton but also with external song writers and composers.
